SELF-ASSESSMENT PROPOSAL

Dear Hr. Salas:

We have reviewed your Service Water Self-Assessment proposal as documented in your letter of February 16,

1995, and modified in your letter of March 9, 1995.

We find that your proposal meets the basis for our conducting a limited inspection of your effort.

Therefore, we will be at your site to observe your assessment on May 8,

1995, and we will follow-up on your final report the week of August 7, 1995.
