This letter confirms the conversation between. Mr.

Salas of your staff and myself on February 10,
- 1995, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for March 21, 1995, at 12:30 p.m.,
CST.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status and schedule for the Unit 3 restart activities.
The location of the meeting will be at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, in the Administrative Building Conference Room at the corner of Shaw Road and Browns Ferry
- Road, Athens, Alabama.
This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59FR 48340).
