CHANGES TO YOUR QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)
PROGRAM FOR BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3, AND SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1
AND 2 Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated November 15, 1994, requesting changes to your Nuclear Quality Assurance Plan.
My staff is currently reviewing the changes to the QA Plan for the Browns Ferry and Sequoyah units which were submitted in your letter.
As discussed with Richard Lynskey of your Corporate QA staff on January ll, 1995, we have not completed our review nor accepted your proposed changes.
Since the Plan changes that you proposed will require changes in Technical Specifications, NRC approval of these Plan changes will be delayed pending completion of our review of these Technical Specification changes'ou will be notified upon completion of our review.
