Enclosure 2 is a letter from the state of Tennessee indicating approval of the same.

The Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, along with the Divi-sion of Radiological Health, have conducted a review of the proposed Sequoyah Nuclear .Plant Emergency Action Levels incorpo-rating the new NUMARC approach. The proposed adoption of the NUMARC EALs have been carefully studied. by my staff and DRH and we concur in the classification schemes as revised.
