The purpose of this meeting, between the NRC and Xcel Energy, is to discuss a proposed license amendment request to adopt TSTF-425, "Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control - Risk Informed Technical Specifications Task Force (RITSTF) Initiative 5b," for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
