We have evaluated your response to Violation 259, 260, 296/94 01, and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201 with the exception of the timeliness of the response.
Please note that the Notice required a written response within 30 days of the date of the letter transmitting the Notice.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
