REVISIONS TVA is submitting this notification in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V, to provide NRC with the following EPIP revisions:

- Index, (2) EPIP-1 Revision 16, (3) EPIP-10 Revision 13, and (3) EPIP-17 Revision 15.
The effective date of the revisions is August 8, 1994.
TVA requests that your controlled copies be updated within 30 days of the effective date as noted on the procedures control transmittal.
