Dear Ms. Ricker:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Region V 536 South Clark Street, 6th Floor Chicago, IL 60605 FEMA JAN ~*O 2018 Enclosed is the Final After Action Report/Improvement Plan for the Clinton Power Station Radiological Emergency Preparedness Exercise held on November 1, 2017.

There were no Level 1 or Level 2 Findings identified for the State oflliinois or DeWitt, McLean, and Macon Counties.

There was one Level 2 Finding for Piatt County. The associated *criterion was successfully redemonstratedon November 1, 2017.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for the State of lliinois and affected local jurisdictions provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR Part 350 approval of the off site radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Illinois remain in effect.
