NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) will meet with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards on February 8, 2018 to discuss its exemption request from General Design Criteria (GDC) 27.
The purpose of this submittal is to provide presentation materials that NuScale intends to use at the meeting. is the nonproprietary presentation entitled "Shutdown Capability of the NuScale Power Module," PM-0218-58480, Revision 0.
This letter makes no regulatory commitments or revisions to any existing regulatory commitments.
