ENCLOSURE 1

Tennessee Valley Authority Browns Ferry 1, 2,

and 3

NOTICE OF VIOLATION Docket Nos. 50-259, 50-260, and 50-296 License Nos.

DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 During an NRC inspection conducted on July 18 - August 14, 1992, violations of NRC requirements were identified.

In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violations are listed below:

10 CFR 50,9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations,

orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.

Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects.

Specifically, during the period of January 1 to April 27,

1992, a number of, auxiliary unit operator records were identified as being incomplete or inaccurate.

These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
