In Reference 1,

TVA made the following commitment:

During the Unit 2, Cycle 6 outage, the inaccessible welds in the RHR penetrations will either be removed, be clad with corrosion resistant material, or have local leak detection applied.

BFN revised its commitment as follows:

Each refueling outage, a visual inspection of the process piping'ill be made from the drywell by examining,,the surrounding area (the penetration and the inaccessible weld area)- for evidence of leakage.

This inspect'ion was performed.during the Cycle 6 outage and no leakage was detected;"

'BFN surveillance instructions (SIs) contain the procedural controls to ensure the inspections are performed during subsequent BFN Unit 2 outages.
