301 SUPPLEMENT 1, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GUIDANCE OF GENERIC LETTER (GL) 89 01 UNITS lr 2r AND 3 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a supplement to an Amendment (TS-301) for licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN TSs for Units 1, 2, and 3
(Enclosure 1).
The proposed changes clarify the original amendment, incorporate the revised rule change to 10 CFR 50.36a(a)

(which decreases the reporting frequency for the radiological effluent report.

and provide an updated version of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual reflecting changes made since the original amendment.
TVA has evaluated the proposed TS amendments against the criteria provided by 10 CFR 50.92 and has determined that no significant hazards considerations are involved.
A reason for the change, description and justification in support of the proposed amendments are enclosed (Enclosure 2).
A proposed determination of no significant hazards considerations is contained in Enclosure 3.
Enclosure 4 contains a copy of the updated ODCM.
We request that these specifications be made effective 90 days after issuance.
