SYSTEM TEMPERATURE SWITCHES UNIT 2 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a request for an amendment (TS-329) to license DPR-52 to change the BFN TS for Unit 2 (Enclosure 1).
The proposed change for Unit 2 will add requirements for four new temperature switches being added in the RWCU Heat Exchanger Room.
A description and justification in support of the proposed change is provided as Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards is provided in Enclosure 3.
We request that these specifications be made effective 30 days after issuance.
