IS ALIGNED TO TO SHUTDOWN COOLING (SDC)

MODE UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a request for an amendment (TS-328) to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN TS for Units 1, 2, and 3 (Enclosure 1).

The proposed change for Units 1, 2 and 3 will clarify present requirements for operability of LPCl when the RHRS is aligned to SDC mode.

A description and justification is support of the proposed change is provided as Enclosure 2.

A proposed determination of no significant hazards is provided in Enclosure 3.

We request that these specifications be made effective 30 days after issuance.
