W The purpose of this letter is to,confirm that BFN has implemented the General Electric (GE) interim stability recommendations
.specified in NRC Bulletin 88-07, Supplement 1 prior to 'the restart of BFN Unit 2.
The interim stability recommendations were impl'emented for Unit 2 after NRC issuance of Technical Specification, Amendment 174. on October 5, 1989.
In the reference letter, TVA notified NRC that NRC Bulletin 88-07; Supplement 1', will be completed prior to 'the restart of Units 1 and 3.
