The NRC staff closed GL-2015-01 for this licensee based on the results of the inspections associated with CO NRC-2012-0244 and the similarity of the licensees response to GL-2015-01 with the previously accepted NPH assessments submitted as part of the activities associated with CO NRC-2012-0244.

3 The NRC staff did not conduct inspections related to GL-2015-01 because the licensees facility remains under construction. The NRC staff closed GL-2015-01 for this licensee based on assurances from the facilitys existing construction inspection program and the similarity of the licensees response to GL-2015-01 with the previously accepted NPH assessment for initial licensing.

4 The NRC staff did not conduct inspections related to GL-2015-01 because no significant construction activities have occurred at this licensees facility. The NRC staff closed GL-2015-01 for this licensee based on the assurance that, once complete, the facility will be inspected according to NRC Inspection Manual Chapter 2694 and the similarity of the licensees response to GL-2015-01 with the previously accepted NPH assessment for initial licensing.
