Report Details.
The NRC is concerned with the weaknesses demonstrated in the areas nf logic print utilization and the execution of shutdown procedures.
Similar weaknesses noted at some other licensees have contributed to significant performance problems.
Although these were initial licensing examinations, the NRC intends to followup on these identified weaknesses during future operator examinations.
.In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a
copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
