1990.

This commitment date was based on a scheduled Unit 2 restart date of December 5, 1990, and the need to conduct the walkdowns after completion of all modification and maintenance activities.

This letter is provided to extend the completion date for this item.

The performance of Unit 2 area walkdowns will be completed by restart.

Current levels of maintenance and modification activities in the plant make it inappropriate to perform the area walkdowns by December 3,

1990.
