50-260 BRONNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) TVA BFN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS)
NO. 285 EXPANDED PONER/FLOW REGION UNIT 2 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, TVA is submitting a request for an amendment to license DPR-52 to change the BFN TSs for Unit 2 (Enclosure 1).
The proposed amendment would allow operation in an expanded power/flow region.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Enclosure 2.
The reason and justification for the proposed changes is provided in Enclosure 3.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in Enclosure 4.
Enclosure 5 is the licensing report for the Extended Load Line Limit Analysis.
TVA requests that these changes be made effective 30 days after NRC approval.
