Tom, The licensee submitted a response to our third request for additional information on July 20, 2017 (ML17215A095). Following our review of this submittal we still had some questions which we conveyed to the licensee. Currently they intend on submitting a draft response to our remaining concerns in November and then plan on coming in to discuss those responses in a subsequent meeting. The meeting will be publically noticed.
