279 LIQUID RADNASTE EFFLUENT FLON MEASUREMENT In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50>>4 and 50.90, TVA requests amendments to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN TSs for Units 1, 2, and 3 (Enclosure 1).
The proposed amendment will remove reference to the fixed in line rotometer listed in table 3.2.D under radwaste effluent instrumentation.
Description, reason for change, and justification in support of'he proposed change is provided in Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards is provided in Enclosure 3.
This TS change affects the operability of the BFN radwaste system.
TVA therefore requests that this change be approved prior to restart and be made effective upon receipt.
