Page 1 of 1 ATTACHMENT 2 Descri tion of Dischar e Discharge (DSN) 001C unit 3 control building-the total suspended solids was 123 ppm which exceeds daily maximum of 100 mg/l.
Cause of Noncom liance One drain that feeds into DSN001C is from an outside drain at door 1C of the control bay. Heavy pedestrian traffic around this drain resulted in sediment washing into the drain during a heavy rainfall.
This caused noncomplying discharge from DSN001C.
