In accordance with the provisions oE 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting, a request for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68. The amendment vill change the BFN Technical Specifications Eor units 1, 2, and 3 (Enclosure 1).

These proposed changes to the Limiting Condition Eor Operations 3.7.F and Bases Section 3.7.F are being revised to more appropriately reflect the operation of the Primary Containment Purge and Exhaust system.

Description, reason for change, and justification in support of the proposed changes are enclosed (Enclosure 2). A proposed determination of no significant hazards is provided in Enclosure 3. Me request that these specifications be made efEective 30 days after issuance.
