266 SUPPLEHEHT 1 CORRECTION TO TABLES 3.2.F AHD 4.2.F The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental infoxmation to TVA BFH TS 266 "Wide Range Gaseous Effluent Radiation Honitox"'hich was submitted to HRC on February 17, 1989.

This submittal adds a recorder (RR-90-360) to Tables 3.2.F/4.2.F and item 10 on page 6.0.28. The supplemental changes are for DPR-52 which change the BFN Technical Specifications for Unit 2 (Enclosure 1).

A revised description, reason for change, and justification is support of the proposed changes are enclosed (Enclosure 2). A revised proposed determination of significant hazard is provided in Enclosure 3. Me request that these specifications be made effective 30 days after issuance.
