This proposed amendment wi.ll correct errors associated with the Hide Range Gaseous Effluent Radiation Monitor.

Description, reason for change, and justification in support of the proposed changes are enclosed (enclosure 2). A proposed determination of significant hazards is provided in enclosure 3.
