In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4'nd 50.90, we are submitting a request for an amendment. to licenses DPR-52 to change the BFN Technical Specifications for Unit 2 (enclosure 1).
t The proposed amendment, adds leak detection/isolation temperature senso'rs to Table 3.2.A and 4.2.A of BFN Unit 2 Technical Specifications.
This amendment has been identified as a restart requirement.
Description, reason for change and justification are provided in enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.
