In the Hatter of Tennessee Valley Authority Docket No. 50-260 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR APPENDIX J LEAK RATE TESTING TEMPORARY EXEMPTIONS In our letter of November 20,
- 1985, TVA requested temporary exemptions to the 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, testing requirements for the startup from the'nit 2-cycle 6 refueling outage.
The intent at that time was to perform plant modifications to meet the requirements of Appendix J before the startup from unit 2-cycle 7 refueling outage.
As a result of the current extended
- outage, the modifications will be completed before restart of unit 2.
The temporary exemptions requested in the referenced letter are no longer necessary and are hereby withdrawn from NRC consideration.
