50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) SEMIANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT JANUARY TO JUNE 1987 In accordance with BFN Radiological Effluent Manual F.2 and Regulatory Guide 1.21, Revision 1, we are submitting two copies of the semi. annual Radioactive Effluent Release
- Report, which is a composite of the enclosed Effluent and Waste Disposal Semiannual Report and Radiological Impact Assessment Report (enclosure 1).
Also enclosed is the Radioactive Inoperable Effluent Instrumentation Report (enclosure 2).
This report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of BFN technical specifications 3.2.D.2 and 3.2.K.2.
We are also including in this transmittal, pursuant to technical specifications section 6.10, changes to the BFN Offsite Dose Calculation Manual that have been implemented during 1987 (enclosure 3).
