Youngblood, Director PWR Project Directorate 84 Division of PWR Licensing-A INFORMATION REGARDING CABLE INSTALLATION CONCERNS Attached is a copy of a September 26, 1986 memorandum from S. Connelly to V. Stello forwarding information regarding cable installation concerns at the Watts Bar and Bellefonte Nuclear Plants.
The memorandum indicates that the OIA staff was told or given documentation which indicate that TVA's gA/gC division did not identify problems associated with cable installation during the period starting in 1979 to the present.
I am forwarding this information to you so it can be utilized in your review of this matter.
