Draft Environmental Statement, Berwick (Pa.) Nuclear Power Station (Pennsylvani;a Power 5 Light Company)
Since the Berwick draft Environmental Statement does not reflect any of the experience gained from the Three Mile Island incident, and. since the report of the Three Mile Island. Commission will not be available until near the end of October 19'P9,. it is our belief that the deadline for public comment on the Berwick Environmental Statement should be extended sufficiently to allow interested persons to have the benefit of the Three Mile Island report before making their comments on the Berwick Envir-onmental Statement.
Accordingly, we hereby request that the deadline f'r public comment on the Berwick Environmental Statement
'be extended to December 1,
1979.
