In the Matter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.
50-259 50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to license DPR-52 to change the technical specifi.cations of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant unit 2 (enclosure 1).
The enclosed specifications supplement those of TVA's application for uni.t 2 license amendment dated August 23, 1984 (TVA BFNP TS 199) and Apri.l 3, 1985 (TVA BFNP TS 199 Supplement 1).
The enclosed technical specifications include editorial corrections, new informati.on, and updated pages resulting from NRC's approval of amendments which impact certain TS 199 pages.
Pages 31, 44, and 232 of TS 199 amendment should be deleted due to other amendment impacts and page 258 should also be deleted as the modification work for that revision will not be done.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 2.
Description and justification in support of the proposed changes are provided as (enclosure 3).
Included in enclosure 3 is the revised Reload Licensing Report, TVA-RLR-002, Rev.
