REPORT OF 10 CFR 50.59 CHANGES, TESTS AND EXPERIMENTS AND 10 CFR 52 APPENDIX D DEPARTURES This submission is made with regard to the Levy Nuclear Plant (LNP), Units 1 and 2, in accordance with the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2) and 10 CFR 52, Appendix D, paragraphs X.B.1 and X.B.3.b.
For the period July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, there were no changes, tests or experiments made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(c) for LNP Units 1 and 2.
For the period of July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, there were no new plant-specific departures for LNP Units 1 and 2.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
