Dear Mr. Grier:
This letter serves to supplement the above referenced correspondence which advised the Commission of the deficiency involving cracked valve yokes.
The condition continues to be tracked under Bechtel's MCAR 1-59.
PP&L has been advised that the final report on the condition will be delayed pending comT3letion of Anchor Darling's NDE testing of suspect valve yokes.
Thus we expect to provide our final report under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) by January, 1981.
