Dear Dr. Grace:

Please refer to my letter to you dated June 14, 1985, which contained our response to OIE Inspection Report 85-26 for our Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.

Our response to the violation should be revised as follows:

Corrective Ste s Which Will be Taken To Avoid Further Violations Procedures will be revised to ensure holdpoints and acceptance criteria are more clearly defined.

Individuals responsible for the noted discrepancies will receive documented training in accordance with plant procedures on corrective personnel action.
