Dear Dr. Grace:
Please refer to L. M. Mills's letter to J.
P. O'Reilly dated August 1, 1984, which contained a supplemental response to Inspection Report 84-15 for our Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
In the supplemental response for Item 4.A we indicated "as-constructed" drawings for the control air system would be issued by June 1, 1985 for all three units.
Due to man-power constraints, we will meet the June 1 date for unit 3 only.
Units 1 and 2 drawings will be completed before each of the units restart.
This was discussed between Mike Hellums of my staff and Art Johnson of your staff on May 29, 1985.
