50-259 50-260 50-296 In accor dan'ce with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change t;he technical specificat;ions of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).

The proposed specifications are administrative changes involving clarification of requirements and correction of typographical errors.

The enclosed specifications also provide response to D. B. Vassallo's letter to H. G. Parris dated July 27, 1984 which requested specifications for limiting shift overtime.

Additional description and justification for the changes are provided as enclosure 2.

Approval of the enclosed specifications is needed as soon as feasible.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(a)( 1) the determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided as enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the 4150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR Part 170. 12.
