Docket Nos.. 50-259 50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the technical specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).
The proposed specifications revise the Auxiliary Electrical System section to reflect changes in the 161-kV offsite power system capability, incorporate changes in start bus utilization, and to clarify wording.
The, proposed changes also delete unncessary degraded voltage timer relay tolerances and provide settings which more realistically match relay characteristics.t Additional description and justification of the changes is provided as enclosure 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR, 50.91(a)(1) the determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided as enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the
$ 150 amendment fee requir ed by 10 CFR Part 170. 12.
