- 1984, we submitted the Browns Ferry Integrated Schedule and requested that it be incorporated into the operating license.
A check for the $ 150 amendment fee as required by 10 CFR Par t 170.12 was enclosed with that letter. As discussed with your staff, we are submitting as an enclosure a pr oposed paragraph for incorporation of the Browns Ferry Integrated Schedule into the operating license. ,We will be working with your staff to obtain final NRC staff approval of the integr ated schedule and this license amendment. This is being reviewed concurrently by the Browns Ferry Nuclear Safety Review Board. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us through the Browns Ferry Prospect Manager. ENCLOSURE PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT FOR INCORPORATION OF THE BROWNS FERRY INTEGRATED SCHEDULE It is proposed to add a new paragraph to the license for each unit to read as follows: The "Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Integrated Schedule" (the Schedule) submitted on August 14, 1984 is approved. a ~ b. C ~ The licensee shall comply with the Schedule from and after the effective date of this amendment. Completion dates for Category 1 items shall be revised only after NRC approval in accordance with applicable NRC procedure. Completion dates for Categories 2 and 3 items may be changed by TVA (the licensee) without prior NRC approval.
