In the Matter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 By letter from R. J. Clark to H. G. Parris dated August 13,
- 1984, we received amendment Nos.
- 108, 102, and 75 to the operating licenses for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3, respectively.
We have discovered an error in the notes for technical specification table 3.7.A (page 255, units 1 and 2; page 267, unit 3) revised by the August 13 amendments.
Specifically, a change made to the Group 7 note by amendment Nos.
96, 90, and 63 dated April 24, 1984 was inadvertently excluded from the August 13 amendments.
We believe this was a result of an oversight by your staff in preparation of the amendments.
The erroneous pages as issued August 13 are provided as enclosure 1.
,The correct pages which include the revisions of both the April 24 and August 13 amendments are pr ovided as enclosure 2.
Please issue the'orrect pages (enclosure
- 2) to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
To be consistent with the license technical specifications as
- issued, we have distributed internally the erroneous pages as revised August 13.
