50-,259 50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the technical specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).
The enclosed specifications incorporate the reporting requirements of the new 10 CFR Part 50.73, effective January 1,
1984.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1),
the determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided (enclosure 2)..
It is our understanding that the enclosed technical specification revisions are exempt from licensing fees of 10 CFR Part 1T0.22.
Accordingly none are being 'forwarded.
