50-260 By my letter to you dated October 15, 1982 we submitted a request for technical specification change TVA BFNP TS 179 for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant unit 2.
That request was needed to accommodate reload 4
cycle 5 operation of unit 2 and outage-related modifications.
Enclosed is an additional technical specification change necessitated by modifications being done on the scram discharge volume.
Description and Justification is also enclosed (Enclosure 2).
Me continue to need approval by January 12, 1983 as stated in my October 15 letter.
Class III fees totaling $4,000 were forwarded with the October 15 letter.
Because the enclosed change is a minor addition to the previous submittal, we do not believe additional fees are needed.
Accordingly none will be forwarded.
