DPR-68 issued to Tennessee Val-ley Authority (the licensee),
which revised Technical Specifications f'r operation of the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1, 2.and 3 (the facility) located.
in Limestone County, 'Alabama.'he amendments are effective as of the da'te of issuance..
1 The amendments revise the Technical Specifications to increase the r
interval of time during which a primary containment integrated leak rate test must be performed from 3 1/3 years
+ 8 months to 3 1/3 years
+ 1.0 months.
'he application for the amendments complies with the standards and require-'ents of the Atomic Energy Act.of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate. findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set'forth in the license amendments.
Prior public notice of these amendments was not required since the amendments do not.involve a significant
.hazards consideration.
The Commission has determined that the issuance of these amendments will f
