50-259 50-260 50-296 In acoor dance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing IIO copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33~ DPR-52'nd DPR68 to change the technicaL specifications oi Browne Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3.
The proposed changes oonsist of olarification and administrative changes ard reorganization of some portions of the technicaL specifications.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined this proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 3 and Class I for units 1 and 2.
These classifications are based on the facts that the proposed amendment is an administrative change that has no safety significance for unit 3, and the proposed amendments for units 1 and 2
are dupLicates of the unit 3 proposed amendment.
The remittance for 42,000 (41,200 for unit 3 and 4800 for units 1 and 2) is being ~ired to the NRC, Attention:
Licensing Fee Management Branch.
