Lamar Boulevard Arlington, TX 76011 PURPOSE: To conduct a mediation session as part of the agencys post-investigation alternative dispute resolution program related to apparent willful violations of NRC regulations associated with nonlicensed operators failing to perform operator rounds and falsifying records, and an examination proctor compromising examinations by providing inappropriate assistance to trainees.
CATEGORY: This meeting will be CLOSED to members of the public because in involves alternative dispute resolution, a process that is confidential and the subject matter relates to investigations conducted by the NRCs Office of Investigations.
