PPkL has recently made the decision to install in Susquehanna SES the two-arm steam quenching system designed. by Kraftwerk Union (KWU).
This quencher will undergo full scale testing -at the KWU testing facility prior to fabrication and.
installation.
To inform you of the key design features of the KWU Quencher, we would like to schedule a meeting with the appropriate members of the NRC staff during the week of November 28, 1977.
