PROPOSEO IMPOSITION OF CIYIL PENALTIES - S29,000 EN-79-17A By EN-79-17, dated December 31, 1979, the Commiss'ion was informed of IE's intent to issue a Notice of Violation and Notice of'roposed Imposition of Civil Penalties in the amount of $19,000 to Tennessee Valley Authority.

This is to inform the Commission that the amount of the proposed penalties has been changed from $19,000 to $29,000 based on a staff reevaluation of related details.
During this effort the staff verified that the violation began when facility operation was resumed following refueling on December 6, 1979, rather than Decembe~ 8, 1979, when the licensee.det'ducted the problem.
The schedule of issuance and notification is not changed.
