PROPOSED DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY IN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMPLAINTS This memorandum provides, for your consideration, the enclosed proposed delegation of authority for Equal Employment Opportunity cases. The revised delegation is aligned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations at Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1614, Federal Sector Equal Employment Opportunity, and EEOC Management Directive 110.
The enclosure also provides, for your awareness, a similar proposed delegation of authority that the Executive Director of Operations (EDO) would issue within five (5) business days after your issuance for complaints arising in all offices that report to the EDO.
