This refers to your license renewal request dated July 25, 2017. Please find enclosed Amendment No. 11 renewing the license, updating the mailing address, and removing generally licensed devices. An environmental assessment for this action was not required, since this action is categorically excluded under 10 CFR 51.22(c)(14).
