The purpose of this letter is to report on Source Production and Equipment Company, lnc.'s (SPEC's) Quality Assurance Program approval number is 0102 in accordance with 10 CFR Part 71. There have been no changes to our Quality Assurance Program since revision 9 which is the current revision.
Please verify that you have received this notification, and should you need any additional information do not hesitate to contact me. I also wanted to let you know that I appreciate the notification from your office explaining this requirement even when no changes were made to our QAP, I had misinterpreted the requirement when no changes occurred.
