Nu Scale Power, LLC Submittal of the NuScale Standard Plant Design Certification Application, December 31, 2016 (ML17013A229)
The NRC staff and NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) are scheduled to meet with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, NuScale Subcommittee, on January 23, 2018 to discuss NuScale's request for exemption from Gejleral Design Criteria (GDC) 27.

The purpose of this submittal is to provide material that NuScale intends to present at the subject meeting. is the non proprietary presentation entitled "Shutdown Capability of the NuScale Power Module," PM-0118-58154, Revision 0.
